The administrative fee can be taken directly from the federal grant.
How would an LEA pay for private school administration?
This administrative fee can be taken from the private school allocation. This service can be provided in addition to the public school contract or as a stand-alone service.
How is this contract entered into the grant?
This is a purchased service. The LEA will be provided with a contract, a W-9 and will be invoiced.
How would we know if we need help with ESEA compliance?

The LEA is responsible for all ESEA consolidated requirements and for each Title in which the LEA participates. This document will help guide the LEA through the process and indicate how much work there is to do.
Is there support available for IDEA? CEIS?
Yes, LEAs may also contract for either or both in a similar way to ESEA.
Is there support for charter school grants?
Yes, an LEA may contract for this in a similar way.
