Suchla Educational Consulting, LLC provides ESEA services for LEAs which can include Title I, II, III and IV. ESEA funds can be used for this administrative service. Contracts are also available for IDEA, and Charter School grants.
Contracts with school districts are made on a percentage of the grant allocation (1%-3%). The percentage is based on the size of the school district and the services requested.
The same arrangement can be made to provide administration to the private schools within the district. This administrative fee would be part of the private school allocation of the respective grant.
Contracts with independent charter schools are made on a percentage of the grant allocation (typically 1%). The percentage is based on the size of the independent charter school and the services requested.
Contracts for ESEA Compliance
There is also an hourly contract option for LEAs. This is offered when working to bring the LEA into ESEA (currently under ESSA) compliance. This includes a review of current documentation and support and guidance for developing any missing pieces.
Basic Title I Services
Create Title I Plan (optional Title II, III and IV plans).
Complete Title I Budget (optional Title II, III and IV budgets).
Complete related reports such as comparability and end-of-year.
Navigating all of the above in WISEgrants.
Additional ESEA Services
Review ESEA documentation.
Identify missing and/or outdated documents.
Work with LEA to meet ESEA compliance.
Additional Services Available
Completing IDEA, CEIS and ESSER grants in WISEgrants and the accompanying required reports.
Completing Charter School grants in WISEgrants.
